New Spaces Design & Construction

Wonderful. We had several contractors submit design plans and pricing. Joe has a great eye for design and color and really cares about his clients. Joe takes great pride in his work and is extremely creative. The room is beautiful!

He's a home contractor.  He's local but he does work anywhere.  He painted our family room as well the front entry hall area for us last summer and did a wonderful job.  I highly recommend him.  He's very neat.  Comes in and cleans up after himself which is huge.  I wouldn't say there was anything bad.  He's very timely and shows up when he says he's going to show up.  He cleans up after himself.  He's very creative and has good ideas.  He's someone we would want to have in our home and we can trust him.  The big one for me was the painting because I've had painting done before and he's a phenomenal painter.  He's very neat and cleans up amazingly after himself.  He doesn't leave a mess or anything like that and to carry that over to what he did in the kitchen, it's really the same.  He's a hard worker.  I didn't get a whole lot of other quotes.  I know he's not the least expensive out there but I know that he's not the most expensive either.  We pay for what he does.
