GUARDIAN ANGELS

I received a call back within 24 hours of my initial contact. We made an appointment to meet at my parent's condo within the week.  Pat Diesing (owner) was prompt and very professional.  She told me what their service performs and how long it would take.  They hauled away a number of large pieces of furniture, some chairs and bags of clothing and trash.  I also trusted them to take 3 bags of papers to be shredded.  They donated to Good Will and I got receipts.  Then the condo was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed.  The bathrooms including showers were also cleaned and the appliances were all scrubbed inside and out. I was extremely impressed with the job that was done and highly recommend them.

I have used them twice. They were really good. It is a man and a woman. They were very hard working. They were dependable and professional. Everything was to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

Did a great job. Pat worked very hard and had a lot of excellent ideas about placement of various items. Not the lowest price, but I am very satisfied with the result.

Their work is good. They are also courteous.

I found Guardian Angels on Angies List, and was in dire need of someone to help my sister and I with an estate sale at my mom's condo, as she had recently moved into a nursing home and her condo was jam-packed with stuff. I called Pat and she met me at my mom's condo. Within a few minutes of looking around, it was obvious to her that we did not have the dollar volume of merchandise to warrant her services. However, even though it was clear I was not going to be able to hire her, she spent a good hour answering all of my questions, giving me advice on how to proceed and also several contact names for other people in the business who whose services would better fit my needs. Had my situation been a fit for her, I would have definitely worked with her. Furthermore, for 2-3 months after that meeting, I emailed Pat several times with questions, asking for advice as my sister and I planned and carried out the estate sale on our own, which was a huge undertaking. She always got back to me within a day or two.

It was a challenging job as our relative was a bit of a hoarder. Bill and company sorted, discarded, saved, organized, packed up, then thoroughly cleaned--they did it all, with an ongoing consideration for our stress level as we had antoher major medical problem ongoing, and worked with respect for our relative's home and her possessions. They sorted items for us to survey as to discarding, keeping, selling, etc, and would have conducted an estate sale if the property had the appropriate value. They even transported a vanful of our relative's artwork and miscellaneous item from Chesterland across town to Broadview Hts for us. People that had frequently been in the home were very impressed with its changed appearance when Guardian Angels was finished. Bill and his wife even adopted one of our relative's two cats, relieving us of some of the worry about even that problem! I can't speak highly enough of Bill and his crew, their professionalism, caring, competence, and pride in the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer!

Referred me to other resources that might be able to help me. Very courteous and helpful.

Overall a positive experience and would employ the Guardian Angel's services again, if needed.

It was a good experience. They were prompt and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

This could not have gone better! Pat and Bill told us that they take a personal interest in a house they are prepping and they certainly did with my mother's house. If they found something that needed to be done that would improve the appearance of the house - they checked with us and did it. They feel a personal ownership and treat the house as if it were their own - which I really appreciated since I live three hours away. It was a huge relief having them on the spot - especially when the basement began taking on water during rainstorms. The air conditioning broke, and they noticed right away and turned it off so that it would not be damaged - and called me so I could arrange for the repairs. Then the sump pump broke - and again they called me - and also took it upon themselves to pump out the water - and try to coax the sump pump to work until I could get a plumber to replace it. When they were finished, the house looked wonderful - the proof of which is that there were sixteen offers made on it the week it went on the market, and it sold for $10,000 OVER asking!

And, by the way, I had looked into having a professional cleaning crew simply clean the house - and their estimate was higher than the Diesing's - and look at all the Guardian Angels did for us for the price! Wow!

I've rehired them to re-clean the house that I have on the market. They also painted, and it looks fine.

I spent about $1000 on the job. They found the leak and repaired the damaged part of the ceiling. They also painted it. There is no leak now. They knew what they were doing and they were personable. They were also fair. They were wonderful people. I would recommend them for every kind of handyman need. I will use them again in the future.

They were awesome. The house was immaculate when they were done.

They truly were angels. During a very hard period, they swept in and took care of everything. They took a reasonable cut from the sale, and the estimates for repairs were spot on.
