 + -1 moreComing from the city I really knew nothing about well water systems and water softeners and all the components that make them up. They were very friendly and took a lot of time explaining what everything was, how it worked and what type of maintenance would be needed in the future. The conducted several water potability tests as well as tested the well for it's total flow and draw down. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me on products or service agreements. I will surely use them in the future
Description of Work: We hired Geauga Well and Drilling to do a point of sale inspection for a home that we were considering purchasing in Auburn Township.

 + -1 moreVERY QUICK TO RETURN PHONE CALLS, VERY COURTEOUS, VERY INFORMATIVE. WAS THE ONLY WELL INSPECTOR WE CALL THAT WOULD BE WILLING TO ALSO EXPLAIN TO US HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR WELL (WE WERE ''NEWBIES'' AT THIS WELL STUFF) AND HOW TO KNOW WHEN A PROBLEM NEEDED HELP, WHICH WAS THE REASON WE CHOSE HIM INITIALLY. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND NOTE TAKING, AND PROVIDED ALL OPTIONS ALONG WITH PROS/CONS WHEN DECISIONS HAD TO BE MADE. WE WERE THRILLED WITH BILL AND HIS WELL SERVICES, AND WOULD HAPPILY USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
