I called these folks in late 2005 to have a look at my front yard, which is low lying, and adjacent to a stream which occasionally floods the yard. I asked to have fill put in, and basically have the yard leveled off, even with my new driveway (which was about a foot higher than the original). I had a large box culvert put in a couple of months earlier just prior to the paving, and the excavators left my yard a complete wreck. Erickson gave me an initial estimate which I tried to cut down by advertising for fill dirt...got a little but not enough to do the job and that spring, I decided not to press my luck with the neighbors, so I called Erickson back. The job took them about 2 months to complete, and about 2 weeks after I paid the bill, my yard had become a pond. They came back after I complained a few times, and put in a French drain. That was about 7 months ago, and I haven't heard back from them, although they were kind enough to bill me for the "extra" work.

USED FOR FALL YARD CLEAN-UP, GUTTERS AND FINAL MOWING JOB FOR SEASON. SLOPPY JOB. WE ALSO HIRED HIM TO REPLACE CLOSET DOORS, INSTALL PLUMBING IN LAUNDRY ROOM- NEVER SHOWED.
