Well let's see where to start. Oh yes they deliver propane to One house and bill another. Yeap they did that their drivers can't read address, and then they miss bill. After that happened we told them not to deliver unless we called them. They then sent an invoice for a delivery even when we didn't call them or need it. We asked them to provide us any proof that we called or they made a delivery. They can't. So here we are more than a year later they won't provide the proof, they have a history of making wrong deliveries. And they are taking actions to hurt us. This is why not only does this service need to be regulated (you would think they were, but they self regulate, which means no regulations or responsibility) bit that sunrise propane under this new management needs to be put out of business.
