I am on a budget plan. I wanted my monthly plan billed to my Visa card and they were not able to do that. It had to come out of my bank account. That was one of the problems with them. The quality was fine. They were there when they could be, because of the rain. It was not clear as to how the billing was supposed to go so that was a little bit of a problem. I had to call them a couple of times to try to get the billing method rectified.
I left a message on Sunrise's voicemail on a Saturday morning not expecting any return phone call until Monday, because the message stated that their office hours were M-F. However I was surprised when Kyle Martin called me back within an hour of my message. He said that they might be able to make it out mid-week but would try to fit me in earlier in the week once they had a chance to check their delivery schedule. Kyle then called me back on Monday morning to say that they could make it out on Tuesday afternoon. As fate would have it, my former propane company actually delivered at noon on Monday, so I had to call Kyle back to let him know to cancel the order this time, but I will definitely call Sunrise for my next fill!
