NVMC is comprised of the Norwalk Veterinary Hospital, Norwalk Animal Care Center, and the Guardian Angel Pet Program. We are the only veterinary facility in Huron county that is an accredited hospital of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Only 12 percent of animal hospitals in North America are accredited by AAHA. As an AAHA accredited hospital we provide the highest quality of veterinary care in a welcoming environment where you become part of your pet’s health care team.

As usual, we were taken in for our appointment on time. Waiting is highly unusual. They listened to my concerns & were great about doing the detective work to understand the issues I was concerned about with our furry child. This was an extensive visit. We were doing blood work to check on both preventive & existing conditions. Everything was explained very well and they answered all of my questions. 

 

Customer service at it's best! They follow-up when my pet has been ill, on medication, tests run, etc. and I have never felt as if we were just a number to them. Dr. Hendrikson & all of his staff actually care about my pet!

 

I never feel like there are any surprises at The Norwalk Veterinary Medical Center. Dr. Hendrikson has been our Veterinarian since 2008. I have highly recommended them to all I know who have fury children.
