Description of Work: 1. Quality of work completed was good for a 16 x 26 house addition. 2. He is unreliable regarding work. 3. He is unresponsive to customer requests and does not take responsibility for his work (i.e. refused to correct level of electrical outlets, did not fix crack in foundation when told about it months before, left the job w/o speaking to the customer causing the the job to be prolonged for a significant period of time. 4. He did not complete the outside work (i.e. backfill of foundation and grading of job site) for which he was hired and left the project looking unacceptable. 5. He also covered up the outside water connection from the original foundation and did not bring it through the new foundation. 6. He apparently does not believe he should communicate with the customer and he reportedly encouraged the man who replaced him NOT to make the correction to the electrical outlets as requested. 7. Project took over 4 months to "complete", due in great part to the items above. I now have to find someone else to finish the project. The project began at the end of December 2010 and I am trying to mop up the loose ends in June 2011. 8. I would not recommend using this provider unless you are there on site, all the time to be sure he completes the job to your satisfaction.
