 + -1 moreThey always help us in a professional manner - and usually come up with the correct parts - helping us to repair vehicles for our customers promptly. They know their parts - and are helpful when we need help locating those difficult to find parts. We have numerous classic vehicles at our shop - and sometimes the parts can be difficult to find. But Action Auto helps us out. They are friendly and eager to help when needed. They offer prompt deliveries - which is important to us - and greatly appreciated.
Description of Work: We have an auto repair shop in Norwalk, Ohio. While we order many of our parts on line, sometimes we have difficulty finding the correct part. Action Auto has employees who have been working with parts for a long time, and they help us frequently - including with finding parts for everyday drivers and some classic vehicles that we occasionally have at our shop.
