We needed specific dimensions to house a small camper and potting shed. We originally received a quote from Sam to build a car port/potting shed - however we could only get a zoning permit for an enclosed structure - so that's what we went with. He was extremely flexible - we decided to move the location somewhat and that presented some challenges with excavation and grading. We felt that Sam was very reasonably priced. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the shed and Sam was absolutely delightful to work with!

Sam and his crew were professional and courteous. Sam communicated with us very well. We always knew when he was coming and what he projected to do that day. He always cleaned up after he finished work for the day. Even my neighbor commented that Sam was the neatest/cleanest contractor he had ever seen. Our garage was completed in about a month and a half. We had some rain delays. Overall, we are very pleased with Sam and the job he did. Our garage is beautiful and functions very well. We would definitely use him again.

He came out for an estimate and stayed well within the range (which depended on the type door I purchased). He did a great job for us. The door jam was a hot mess and its more secure now than it has ever been since I lived in the house (24 years now). We agreed upon the job being completed before the cold weather set in and he did as requested. Job was completed end of October and all sealed up before the snow could come in ! Nice guy that wants to please and make the job right - and he did.

It went very well. I have no complaints with them. I highly recommend them and have told other people about them. They are the best contractor I've had in quite awhile. He is prompt, friendly and the prices are very competitive. The workmanship is excellent as well.
