House pressure was fine - nothing outstanding but competently performed. The concrete was a disaster. They used too high-pressure wands on my walk, sidewalk, and apron resulting in damage to my concrete. They essentially stripped off the top layer completely exposing the aggregate layer. Their tech also took chunks of concrete off the seem edges. Although the concrete is 20 years old, they aged it another 15 years in one wash. My walk to my front porch has pits blasted out of the concrete and looks terrible. I raised the issue with their Customer Care and they blamed it on the concrete age. The tech did not use the right equipment )the orbital scrubber in their ads) and instead used the brute force of a very high-pressure wand. I have power-washed these areas in the past and never came close to this level of damage. I am sorry I hired this company.
