Williamsburg Townhomes

I’ve had a wonderful experience with management and the office staff. It’s a little bit older and I consider it under-maintained for the age. Some of our windows don’t open and we’ve had some leaks with bad caulking. It was due to improper caulking materials for the bathroom. We also have a rodent problem. I did like their staff and the maintenance crew. They’ve always been nice and very punctual. I’ve never had a problem with them and I’ve become friends with one of the staff. Everything has been great with them but I just don’t think they have enough funds to keep up the place.
