 + -1 moreThey would fix one leak and then there was another leak. So it seemed to us that they set it up that every time they fixed one leak that there would be another leak. We spent a lot of money and the hot tub was still not fixed.
Description of Work: fixed/winterized the hot tub.

 + -1 moreProfessional during purchase and matched (with upgrades) price at a lower cost overall. Date of product delivery was accurate and delivered in great time of given time frame. Install date was delayed by one day due to rain and we were called and advised and they apologized for delayed.
Description of Work: Install a pool purchased at their store.

 + -1 moreOverall the experience was good, despite the fact that I did not purchase a set. The set I was interested in was no longer in stock and because it was the end of the season, it was unavailable. The sales person, did call other store locations to find the set, but no one had it. She also made other recommendations. I did not feel pressured by her sales technique and she was quite attentive.
Description of Work: I was looking for an outdoor patio set and went to the Great Escape. The sales person Lynn was very friendly and extremely helpful. She was quite knowledgeable about the products they carried and other products available. She also provided pros and cons to the different items.
