Spotless

It was pretty good, they cleaned up really well after all.

We had to wait to have the work done because of delays due to rain. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and neatly. The power washing and window cleaning was done on a Wednesday and the deck was sealed on Saturday. Everything looks great!

Chris and his crew arrived on time to power wash my two story vinyl-clad house and wooden deck. They also cleaned my gutters and flushed my downspouts. Chris and his crew also washed the exterior of my 30 glass doors and windows. The weather decided not to cooperate. Several days of rain delayed the second phase of the project, which was staining/sealing the deck. Chris kept in close touch by phone and text to make sure the deck had sufficient time to dry. Once a date was selected, Chris and his crew arrived promptly again and completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was completed professionally and exactly as promised. The house and deck truly did look spotless when they were finished. It is a pleasure working with a company that is so committed to customer satisfaction. I will definitely hire Spotless for future work.

The owner of the company was very prompt to my phone call and came out the next day to quote us a price.
We had chosen our color stain already.   Because the deck had not been pressure washed or restained  for several years , I
knew the results would not be perfect.  He applied 2 coats of stain by hand with a brush  . We are very
pleased with the results.

Very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism and Kevin's recommendations of the best stain for my deck's condition. He has a nice piece of equipment to clean the wood versus others who just use a commercial power washer. Kevin allowed me to purchase the Olympic solid color deck stain and his crew applied it. The spindles were a lot work and the whole job was well worth the money. The $450 was labor only.  I will never clean and stain my own deck again.

Chris and his crew completed the work in a timely fashion. They were all prompt and professional and the house truly did look spotless when they were finished. I will definitely hire Spotless for future work.

They were wonderful! We decided to go with them because of how quick they could come; the other companies would take a month to come out but they came in two weeks. Their being upfront, personable, and professional stood out to me. They were just very good.

Spotless Deck Maint. of Olde Eight road was by far the best provider we ever used to clean and stain our deck. It has held up very nicely considering it gets full sun in Summer and the horrible wind, snow and cold over the past winter. His price was incredibly low. He even stopped by in the evening when he was finished to be sure we were satisfied. Yes, we will use him again

Our deck hadn't been treated for over 5 years. It was in bad shape. Kevin responded to my inquiry the same night. He quoted me the entire job and gave me a choice of several high end products. We choose Flood brand stain. Kevin went out of his way to work with us on a color and product choice. He even talked us out of our original choice and into one that was exactly what we were looking for. He even came out and applied a small sample area so that we could see the color. He power washed on Monday. Let the deck dry a day and stained on Wednesday. He arrived when he said he would and worked very professionally. Our deck is over 20 years old, has been done several times. This is the best it has ever looked. There was zero over stain anywhere. It was all done by hand. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

Spotless was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and providing me with an estimate, which they held to even though they needed more material than original expected. They were also very flexible to work with my schedule.
They came out on one day and power washed to prepare for the staining which occurred two days later to allow sufficient dry time. Upon inspection, they missed several spots and left drip markets, once notified they came out the same day to address the issues and even provided a small discount for the inconvenience.
Overall, there are still some concerns with the quality of the work, including: painting over wood twigs in between planks opposed to removing them, lack of coverage on nail/staple indentations and staining on my siding.
It was explained the day of power washing that there were concerns about changing the color of the deck, I feel my concerns are more about the quality of the work opposed to coverage. I bring this up in case someone is thinking about changing the color of their deck from one solid color to another, be sure this is discussed up front.

Chris was fantastic. He was professional and attentive. He described what needed to be done and set a reasonable schedule for the work.
The deck looks fantastic and Chris went out of his way to get the play set done asap (as my daughter was anxious to get back on her new toy!).

I sent an e-mail requesting an estimate during the evening. They reponded the next morning with an e-mail AND left a voicemail saying they'd be out that evening to have a look and give an estimate. I got the estimate and gave them the go-ahead. They came out the next day and did the work. A crewman called me at work when they were done and explained everything they did and what they found. (One downspout was so clogged with debris a plant was growing out of it!) I am very happy with the job they did. Nice, courteous, prompt, and dependable people to deal with. I plan to have them come out to clean and seal my deck in the springtime. I highly recommend Spotless.

I was very pleased with them. The price was all inclusive. They let us choose the stain color that we wanted. They waited for the appropriate amount of time after cleaning to let the deck dry. Even though we have been having a lot of rain, they took that into account and did a terrific job. They were very professional from the quote to the execution.
