They overcharged me for the work they did. They over promised and under delivered. This company is very over priced. They were not prompt with their service as they said it would be done on a certain date and then had excuse after excuse of why it wasn't done. The work was finally done 6 weeks later and he did not do all of the work he implied would be done. I had to make sure the quality of the work was up to my standards for what I was getting.

"The customer agreed to a price, then wanted to re-negotiate after the work was completed. Have already received more work in the neighborhoon from people just passing by and seeing how nice the house looked. The work was started later then anticipated due to the high volume of rain we had last summer, and was finished a day and a half faster then anticipated. We went above and beyond by replacing rotten wood, etc that wasn't included in the contract. The neighbor "brother in law" even stated the house looked great!"

In the 14 years my husband and I have lived in our 1970's home my husband painted ONCE ! I love him but that will not happen again. I've used family, $200 just in groceries ! So this time a woman I met at my neighbors jewelry party recommended this outfit based in Northfield, OH. From the very beginning the gentleman who does the estimating, and the office end of things was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The man who did the work was very nice and did a wonderful job! I didn't have to do a single thing. He repaired spots as he worked and somehow managed not to get dust and dirt all over the place. Nice clean edges and trim. He was finished long before I thought he'd be but he was good at it, wasted no time, cleaned as he went along and my cats were not freaked out at all, which is amazing in itself. I've been told that I'm a hard person to please, perhaps; I simply think I should get what I pay for and what is promised to me. Jason Sisky, the man with the estimates, and Carl the painter didn't disappoint me. I highly recommend them and will use them for the exterior as soon as I can.
