My experience with bodyshops have not been good. However, Northfield Collision Service was a refreshing experience. They were honest, cost hundreds less than other quotes I had received, and better yet, did excellent work.  

My insurance wasn't helping me so I paid the full cost but they were one of the cheaper options I found but did an excellent job. I can't even tell where the dent and rust was. The paint matches perfectly.  They work with a car rental company so they provided a car for the two days my car would be serviced. Made the whole thing very easy.

I took the car in for an estimate, and scheduled a date for the service. The car was completed promptly, the paint matches perfectly, and they came in under estimate. I would be pleased to use them for any other auto body service we may need.

Northfield was the only one out of three that found a used spoiler saving us about $200. The car is a 2003 Lexus suv and a new rear spoiler was a waste. They repainted the used one and it looks like new.

They were very professional but were not very communicative about how long it would take.

Great work. One day earlier than quoted. Car was detailed and clean.

Overall, the experience went smoothly. They gave us an estimate we made an appointment to drop the car off. They finished the car on time and we were happy with the repairs.

I was very pleased with them. They did everything they said they were going to do and they did it efficiently. They arranged for a rental car. The whole thing was taken care of very professionally. I would use them again in the future.

Took the truck in on Monday 11/28 ,rented a car and expected the job to be finished on Thursday 12/1, however due to the unexpected damage under the taillight and the fact their part supplier sent them the incorrect taillight twice, it was not completed until Thursday 12/8 the following week. I am pleased with the work, just took longer then I would have expected.

It was covered by insurance so I'm not positive about the price. They are honest, they have good communication, and it is a clean environment which doesn't happen very often. They were just nice guys. If I ever get into another accident, I will use them.

After the accident I visited Northfield Collision. They took pictures of everything and told me the best course of action. It was to replace the bumper and while the bumper was off, inspect for any further damage. I gave them the insurance info from the accident (of the other, at-fault driver) and they gave me a printout with their estimate, and told me to call the insurance company. Once the insurance company sent me a check for the amount of the estimate, I brought my car in. They took off the bumper and found that there was also an issue with the tow mechanism and the spare tire compartment. They fixed all that and replaced the bumper. When I picked my car up, they said that all I owed was the original estimate (which I had already been reimbursed for) and the remaining, extra work would be paid for directly from the insurance company. I didn't have to do any more paperwork or contact anyone else. When I got in my car I found that it had been washed outside and vacuumed inside. Nice touch!
