The project started in June but the deck wasn't built until September. I felt this was poor customer service.

I was able to make an appointment for the contractor to come out and measure.  His name was Paul.  Paul measured for the vanity and said after I picked out the vanity, he would install it.  He came and made sure he took his shoes off before walking on my new carpeting.  He took out the old vanity and fixtures, which was difficult because it had been in the house since 1964.  Once that was completed, he proceeded to install the vanity.  There were two pieces to the vanity that needed to be installed together, then the fixures.  He did a very thorough job.  I was pleased at the way the vanity looked and the work Paul put into getting everything done including the plumbing.  It  took him about 5 hours to complete everything. He made sure that all of the extra materials were taken out and the bathroom was clean and ready for me to use my vanity.

We bought doors and screen doors. We use them a lot. They were very professional. They corrected some problems. They had some fantastic rebates at the time and they gave us a $300 discount. I will continue to use them.

 

I liked that they were on time. They did a neat and clean job. They did what they said they would do. Everything went smoothly.

Got an estimate.  Ordered the windows.  Took two weeks to get them and about a week to schedule the install date.

The estimate was fine but we did not like having only a 1 year warranty for windows.

We used them because they had a special offer of $99 for house installation. The sub contractors that they sent were good. They did it in three days as they promised. The work was fine. We bought the cheapest carpets from them. The guys that installed were fine but the guy that made the order took two hours to make it.

Everything was professionally done and they were courteous. I would use them again.
