Excellent people. The way they treat customers is top. They explained everything that was needed to fix my mower and then it felt like on the parts they did not added any extra. Which I appreciated.

I called Hudson Mower and Rick came out the next evening and picked up my mower. He told me it would be about a week before he would be able to look at and the repair the mower. The next week I called him and he said he was just finishing up with the repair and would return the mower that evening. While Rick had my tractor, he asked me if he wanted me to change the oil and sharpen the blades. He also cleaned the engine and washed the whole tractor. It looked and ran great when I got it back.

Rick scheduled a pick up of my lawn tractor for the day after I called him. He also scheduled a time to return the mower before picking it up since I was going on vacation while he was working on my mower. Rick took it to the shop, replaced the damaged blade, sharpened the other blade and realigned the deck.  He noticed the oil level was low and dirty, so he did an oil change too. The mower was returned as promised the day after I returned from vacation - all cleaned up and ready for use. 

Great. Dropped it off. He gave me an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Said it would be within 4 days. Called me the next day and it was done. Final bill within $8 of estimate.

Rick is a great guy with excellent people skills.

Rick answered all of my questions regarding the service and knew the needs of our tractor intimately.

The explanation of services and cost was detailed and accurate. He picked up the tractor at the time promised. Completed all the services and returned the tractor at a time that was most convenient for us.

The tractor is like new and we are ready for another grass cutting season in the spring.

They picked it up the day after I called, did everything on the list, and returned it within 48 hours (one day earlier than promised). They even gave me a discount AND washed and waxed it!

It went very well. So well that I will have them also tune up my lawn tractor.

Work was performed at his shop. Great job. Even cleaned the lawnmower. Will use him from now on for all mower work.

Our lawn tractor wouldn't start. I called and talked to both guys at Hudson Mower, and they had me try a couple things to get it started by phone. When it still wouldn't start, they came and picked it up on Tuesday at 3pm, gave it a tune up, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the solenoid, filled the tires with more air, gave it a once over to see if anything else needed attention, and had it back to me on Wednesday at 3pm.

Great service, great work, great company. Would recommend them to anyone!
