The workers showed up on time when they said they would. They were very cordial and knowledgeable. The final cost stayed in line with the estimate I had received. I would use them again for work in the future.

BERNIE CALLED US BACK QUICKLY AFTER PLACING THE INITIAL CALL WITH HIM. HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE FOLLOWING EVENING TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND FIT US INTO HIS SCHEDULE WITHIN THE WEEK (DUE TO A RESCHEDULED JOB). WE LIKED THE FACT THAT HE USES HEATED WATER TO WASH THE HOUSE AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US ON ANYTHING WE DIDN'T WANT. OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR TOLD US THAT SHE WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE THEY WERE TAKING TO TRY TO GET THE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE IN SOME OF THE DIRTIEST SPOTS. AREAS THAT WE HAD GIVEN UP ON YEARS AGO ARE NOW CLEAN!

BERNIE HOVAN IS A WONDERFUL PERSON THAT DOES A FANTASTIC JOB AT HYDROWASHING. HE WAS BEEN AT HIS BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. OUR HOUSE IS WHITE AND WAS VERY DIRTY, IT SPARKLED WHEN HE LEFT. HE IS VERY CAREFUL WHILE DOING HIS JOB, NOT TO TRAMPLE ON PLANTS ETC.
