I have been going there for 15 years.  I like the service they provide, but they are just never on time.

Pretty disappointed. I'd been to the salon a few months ago to have my hair cut which took a long time and then cost quite a bit without the benefit of styling. Always willing to give a second chance, I went today with a coupon I was given when I got the cut. I had an and quot;express pedicureand quot; . The woman who did the nail treatment was very nice, funny, and quite personable. However, the paint job itself is very poorly done. The polish is all over my toes. My sister also got the same pedicure and now has a red, inflamed toe from the and quot;cuticleand quot; process.
When we were paying I handed the coupon to the woman at the front desk who seemed pretty surprised with it. She said something about, and quot;Where did you get this? We don't give these out...and quot; I told her I was given the coupon by the girl who cut my hair- the coupon was initialed by someone at the salon and was a pre-printed business card, not something just printed off the internet. She took the coupon to one of the stylists for verification. At any rate, after all but being accused of faking the coupon, the receptionist took it. It was very uncomfortable. I don't know if she's newer and hadn't even gotten a coupon or what. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt. I will not be returning and likely won't be missed.

They are very professional but also fun. I have always gotten good haircuts. They have full service; they provide anything I would need from a salon. The facility is very clean. I have always gone there, so I don't know how their prices would compare, but I am sure it is in line with other places. I don't mind paying what they charge. I would continue to use them in the future.
