Dale came promptly to provide the quote, then worked every day to keep things on schedule. He arrived on time daily, and did a thorough job removing all wallpaper and paste from the walls in several rooms. He left things clean each night when he left. He let us know what to expect, and did a great job.

Dale was prompt with the quote and was able to fit me in his schedule within the week. He removed wallpaper from three rooms. He was on time - worked quickly - cleaned up - and notified me when he was done for the day. He was an outstanding contractor - and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dale removed our wallpaper in the the dining room and living room. I've used Dale before, so I knew he would do quality work. He arrived on time and went to work promptly. Dale works by himself, and is fast, neat and efficient. Not a single mark or gouge in our walls. He also washes the wall to remove all traces of paste. I would have no other person or company do wallpaper removal.... Dale is the best I've ever seen at this craft!

This is the second time I have used East & West Wallpaper Removal. All he does is remove wallpaper, and he does it very well. Paper and glue are removed. The service is reliable, quick and reasonably priced.

Dale was EXCELLENT! Received estimate shortly after a brief visit to look at what was needed. Job went exactly as predicted. Dale was flexible in scheduling, always prompt and courteous, and the Job site was kept clean. All work was done very well. Would highly recommend and use again!

Dale did a great job of removing wallpaper, which is some areas was very difficult due to the type of paste used. The walls are now smooth free of paste and ready to paint.

Dale removed wallpaper in a large entryway and and study for us. He did a WONDERFUL job! He kept everything very clean while working. There is not a spec of paper left on the walls or the floor. He showed up on time and his prices were more than fair. We are really really pleased!

Dale was very nice and extremely efficient. Because we were in a time crunch, he rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. I wish I had known about him a few years ago!

Dale gave us an estimate over the phone of $250 for removing wallpaper for four walls and a ceiling in a room that is 12 by 15 feet. Since the wallpaper was the old style the vinyl came off first and then the backing. He arrived at 9 am and looked over the room then started to work. Dale is an expert at removing wallpaper. I was amazed how organized and how hard he worked. He first did the ceiling and then the four walls and was done by 3:30 pm. The room is ready to paint except for the nail holes. I have had two other professionals remove wallpaper and he was by far the best.

After a brief walk-through, I was given a price and we set a date. Contractor arrived on time when promised. Job was completed well withing the estimated time. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and the cleanup was beyond my expectations.

Dale was recommended by a friend who had used his services. We had recently purchased a new home and there was a lot of paper to take down. In addition to the brightly colored paper in the kitchen, there was paper in the guest room, dining room, and stairwell. But worst of all, there was grasscloth in the living room that had been painted forest green, and was the consistency of concrete. Same thing (just cream-colored) in the upstairs hallway. Several painters giving us quotes said the grasscloth would not come off, would ruin the walls, etc. Dale had no problem taking it down, using only scoring and spraying and no harsh chemicals. He worked alone, worked quickly and quietly, and was just as nice as could be. When he left (did the whole job in just four days), there was not a scrap of paper to be found anywhere. The painters we've had in for quotes since then have all commented on how pristine the walls are and that there is little to no repair work to be done. I would highly, highly recommend his services.

Dale was actually recommended to me by my realtor while I had been looking for houses over the past year. He had used Dale for his own home in the past and had recommended him to other buyers. Dale was able to stop by the house on his way home from another job to give me the estimate. The price was accepted and said his wife would call me when with a work date. I have a very hectic work schedule and I felt very comfortable giving the house keys to Dale. His wife did leave a message the next day, that the work was COMPLETED. Dale was very polite, professional, and thorough in his workmanship and I decided to use him for for wallpaper removal in my current home.

We purchased a 2400 sq. foot home with approximately 1800 square feet of it covered by wallpaper. We called Dale to ask for an estimate. He responded to our call promptly and came to the house to do an assessment. He was very professional. Dale explained the process of removal which was important to us because we have birds which are susceptible to negative effects of chemicals. Therefore, we definitely did not want chemicals to be used in the removal process. Dale used only warm water and scrapers. He said the job would take him approximately a week and he was finished before the week was up. Every day he came to work on time and worked straight through to the end of the day. He cleaned up after himself every single day and there was no sign he had been here other than the hideous wallpaper was finally removed from the area that he had worked in. We were very impressed with Dale. He was a nice person and he was a very hard worker. He answered our questions and he also offered suggestions once the wallpaper was removed. We would highly recommend Dale and we would use his services again if the need arose.

This was an excellent experience. Dale was able to respond on short notice to a very limited time frame available to get the work done prior to move-in. He arrived at the set time each day and made sure that the house was secure at the end of the day when he finished. He worked efficiently and finished in a two day period. He cleaned-up every day and at the end of the job you would have never known he had been there except that all the wallpaper was gone. He told us what to expect in regard to the woodwork and responded promptly when advised that it had not dried out, promptly correcting the problem very effectively. He was a pleasure to have working for us.
