Initially Don came to take measurements for an estimate for an addition of 3 season room and new roof. Said he was busy but "give me a few weeks to get you the estimate". I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything so I texted him. He replied he was busy and would "work on it over the weekend". Never heard from him again. Disappointing since he lives literally 3 streets away from us and was doing work for our Township Parks over the summer. I am on that committee and ran into him while he was working on our park - he never said anything to me about our estimate! I would NEVER hire someone who doesn't follow through. We own our own service business and this is terrible customer relations.

Done on Time construction remodeled our master bath. They provided excellent work, high quality and reasonable price. Don worked with us on the design and were very accommodating with the changes that we requested. I cannot be complimentary enough regarding their work and we have already scheduled them for an additional job. Great young men doing quality work!
