John does great work, is professional and reasonably priced. Also very trustworthy and will do only what needs to be done. I highly recommend him!

Arrived right on time.  Was professional.  Explained in detail everything he was doing and what he found.  We had no issues.

He does the work.  It went excellent.  The owner is just super good.  He knows what he was doing.  I've known him for several years.  He gives you a very, very reasonable price.  The price is good.  He does the job.  He's competent.  He knows what's right.  He's quality, professionalism and price is good.

He worked two days to get the water to flow through the heating pipes which was interesting. When the water stops flowing to the room the family used to move it to another room. Mainteance wasn t high on their list. He even looked at my furnace and said the pressure is less, but he fixed it. He is good.

JOHN FROM WHAT COMFORT CAME OUT AND DETERMINED THAT THE REFRIGERATION HAD LEAKED OUT OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. HE CHECKED THE SYSTEM FOR LEAKS, FOUND THE LEAK, REPAIRED IT AND REFILLED THE SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERATION. IT TOOK THREE TRIPS TO REPAIR THE UNIT BUT THAT WAS DUE TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY PROCEDURES. JOHN HAD TO GET AUTHORIZATION AT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND THAT CAUSED THE REPAIR TO TAKE LONGER THAN IT WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE. JOHN IS VERY GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE REPAIR, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS AND RETURNING TELEPHONE CALLS.
