HE WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE A ESTIMATE TO ME BY APRIL AND IT'S NOW JULY AND WE HAVEN'T RECEIVE THE ESTIMATES, BUT HE IS CALLING FOR THE GO AHEAD TO START THE JOB.

THEY CAUSED ANOTHER LEAK WHILE FIXING THE FIRST ONE. I HAVE A LARGE WATER BILL, AND THEY WILL NOT COME TO REPAIR IT. THEYRE WORKING AT THE NEIGHBORS. WHEN I CONTACTED THE BBB, AND KEPT CALLING, THEY WERE RUDE TO THE POINT OF USING PROFANITY.
