When we call the main phone number to arrange for a pick-up, we are politely greeted. Our samples are usually picked up anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours after we call (depending upon the urgency of the delivery). At times, Stat Courier will rearrange their schedule in order to accommodate us.

I CONTRACT THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER LABORATORY SAMPLES. THEY MAKE AN EFFORT TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES QUICKLY AND TO DELIVER THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY HAVE ''SQUEEZED IN'' DELIVERIES FOR ME ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY HAVE GOOD TRACKING OF THE PACKAGES THAT THEY PICK UP AND THEIR SERVICE IS VERY RELIABLE.
