They come twice a year and they do a good job. The cost is covered by the maintenance fee of our organization. They seem to be well-organized. They go around all of these houses and they normally leave a sticker on your outside door to let you know that they have completed the cleaning which they did not do this time. They were here on schedule. We received a notice that they were cleaning the windows in one or two days like on May 7 or May 8. They tell you what streets and when they would be there. They were on time and did it as scheduled. So, I could say they are prompt in terms of their timing as well as doing a good job. This is done by the land management company that provides these services.

I have used Sadowski cleaning in the past and have been thoroughly impressed by their service.  Derek and his crew worked very fast and efficient.  Derek and his staff are true professionals and treat every home as if it were their own.  They got in and out quickly and left my windows sparkling clean.  They were very courteous of my little one who was taking a nap.  Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. 

Windowns look very good.  Some lines of dirty water on outside trim that could have been wiped off. 

He was prompt. They did the work quickly and very well.  I was pleased with how the windows looked when they were done.

They did a good job. They were close and they were very quick to respond to my request. I called them and they said that they could do it. They gave me a price that I was willing to pay. They came out and did the job. I would use them again. They were very efficient and proficient.

It can be difficult to get a hold of him. Once he comes, he does a really good job. He was very neat. He made sure to clean up all the debris after he was done with the work.

I was very happy with their service. They are polite, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves you would never know they were there except the windows are clean!

Just as I expected by a company listed with Angie and graded well by others. Pleasant, professional, and personable.

Derek and his co-worker were both very polite. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. His co-worker even cleaned our neighbor's gutter because he saw it was full of debris and overflowing. I would recommend them to anyone.
