Bob, his son Rob and employees worked very hard digging a ditch to put in the drain pipes near the back of my house before covering it with a special gravel that I had requested. I can't say enough about the work they preformed and how nice it looks not to mention how well the water drains off. Have done business with them for a long time and will continue to do so!

The tree was burlapped and initially appeared in good condition. However, when I unwrapped the burlap, I discovered nylon straps had choked the base of the tree. The straps had cut into the base of the tree all the way around. There was dead wood below and the roots mostly appeared dead. There was one small rootlet that had sprouted from the living bark above the straps into the dirt, apparently keeping the tree alive. I took pictures and showed them to the staff at the store. They blew me off saying it would be fine. I told them there were several trees that probably had the same problem and I showed them the trees. The lady walked away from me at this point, ignoring me. I had good luck from this place in the past, but watch out -- they do not take very good care of these burlapped trees, and the response when I had a problem was horrible.

I like going there they have a nice selection of plants and Rob is always helpful with any questions you have.

Very well. Would definitely use them for any landscape project I have in the future.

Offered assistance to find a product we were looking for and he new we were not quite sure if we had the right material for the job. We brought it home and discovered it was not what we needed. My husband attempted to return the 2 bags we did not open (we kept the 1 bag we had opened but were not able to use). The owner, Bob, who sold my husband the merchandise said he thought it wasn't the right stuff and there are no returns on cash purchase. I called him questioning his return policy, he talked over me, kept interrupting me and became very argumentative. I questioned the fact that he new we were not certain we had the right product but did not tell us about the restrictive return policy, his response was "You didn't ask." I told him he lost a customer over $10 and he made it obvious he did not care. I will never make a purchase from this establishment again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know. I recommend making your purchase elsewhere. He was not helpful and apparently has no product knowledge.

We are very happy with them. The guy's name there is Bob and it is a good job, actually last year his son did the planning and it was a great job. He is very, very knowledgeable about the trees and plants and this kind of stuff. I would recommend their variety of plants and organic fertilizers and their expertise.

The service was excellent. They planted it exactly where we wanted and did exactly what they were supposed to.

I liked the owner, however some of the workers he brought in later I didn't like very well.
He did a good job. He came in and leveled the yard first and then put down the sod. The leveling was good but they didn't do a great job on getting the sod leveled out.
