After they were done, the carpet looked nice, however, due to excessive dog hair there were still clumps of dog hair left behind. He was very pleasant, and trustworthy. He didn't leave ventilation fans like he said he would.

THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS. I OBTAINED THEIR PHONE # JUST FROM DRIVING BY. I ALWAYS CALL FOR 3 ESTIMATES BEFORE I CONTRACT ANY WORK. DAVE WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND DEMONSTRATED THE MOST KNOWLEDGE IN THIS AREA. HE TOOK THE TIME ON THE PHONE TO EXPLAIN THEIR PROCESS TO ME. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I UNDERSTAND THEIR WORK INVOLVES CARPET CLEANING, FURNITURE CLEANING, SPOT CLEANING AND VARIOUS OTHER THINGS. THERE PRICES WERE ALSO MOST REASONABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN SEARCH OF THIS TYPE OF CLEANING, WHO DOES NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT ANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE. THEY EVEN LEFT A CAN OF PROFESSIONAL SPOT CLEANER AND A CARPET DRYER FOR ME OVERNIGHT ! THANKS DAVE !!
