Pharaoh Masonry & Chimney Service did a great job replacing my chimney. John Richter walked me through the process of removing the existing chimney. He showed up on time, cleaned up daily, and completed the project on schedule. The quality was beyond what I expected so I asked him to rebuild my brick mailbox. John does top notch work and he is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company.

John’s work was very excellent. He takes a great interest in his customer and the job that needs to be done. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy I chose him and would do so again.

John was very professional; showed up, on time, on budget and even accommodated an add-on request for some work in the garage at the last minute. I was out of town at the time, and he communicated with me clearly and often. He provided pictures of completed job and was easy to pay from long distance. You don't get too many contractors of this caliber anymore. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

John was very responsive, explained all the options, allow time for us to make a decision and wants the job was contracted he communicated well and kept us informed as to when he will perform the job and when it will be completed. Overall, an excellent experience.
