PEROZENI MASONRY LTD

We are extremely pleased with the job Bob and his son did in rebuilding a stone flower planter that had fallen into disrepair. They removed the sandstone caps; dug to expose the existing inner wall, which they removed; replaced parts of the footer; disassembled, cleaned and reinstalled the existing stone outer wall; installed a new inner wall with weep holes for drainage and reinforced it with rebar; sealed the inner wall; backfilled with gravel for improved drainage; and installed new sandstone caps. The result is a planter that looks brand new, but is better constructed than the original. Bob and his son also tuckpointed several areas on the house wall, grinding out the old mortar and carefully replacing it with new mortar that they color-matched to the rest of the house. We had difficulty finding a mason to do this job and would recommend Perozeni Masonry without reservation. They did meticulous work and treated our home and yard as their own. We could not be happier with the job they did.

It went very well. Mr Perozeni came out to estimate the job on time as promised and gave me a quote the next day over the phone. His price was fair and reasonable for the work that he had to do. It took two full days to break out the old brick wall, pour a new foundation for the new wall, and lay the bricks for the new wall. In doing so he had to remove, and later replace the sandstone step (200+ lbs). He was careful to match the color of the bricks and mortar to the house foundation. He had to move some landscape plants slightly which were in the way, but they were put back such that the final job looked as if nothing happened. Mr Perozeni and his son that worked with him were very professional, friendly and overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of brick work and would hire them again myself if needed.

The job looked better than when it was brand new. Him and his partner were there for at least 4 hours. I was very impressed and would never have expected a job this good.

Perozeni Masonry's work is meticulous and beautiful. Bob refuses to do half-hearted work.

Keep this in mind when getting quotes from those who may charge a lesser price. It would be comparing apples to oranges.

Bob (and his brother Mario) did a great job. There was little material used in the job, but there was a lot of labor in the grinding of the old mortar. The result looks great.
