So winter is here. Wouldn't you know it, the furnace in the condo we've owned for just a few months failed. We actually had another HVAC local company come out to diagnose the problem. It was the heat exchanger. After that, we got 2 quotes on a new furnace and also A/C, since the unit is close to 20 years old. Lisco carries the Carrier brand and was cheaper by $600 or so. More than that, they could install during a holiday weekend (with no mention of a $250 upcharge because of that, like the other company). Install happened just as Lisco said. The install looks very good and they left the A/C intact and the humidifier also! Can't thank Lisco enough for an excellent job done in a timely fashion as temps are plummeting. I would recommend them again.

They were excellent, smart people and very knowledgeable.  I've had a furnace and a hot water heater put in by them.  I would recommend them to anyone they are just good.  Their price is fair.  I'd give them all "A's".

Served all forced air gas furnaces and all our electric AC units. Lisco recommended repairs and improvements to make routine servicing easier as needed. Repaired gas tube heaters in our shipping warehouse area. They fixed a faulty 1,000,000 BTU Air Rotational Unit. Lisco also fixed a cooling issue in critical equipment room using a state of the art split wall mount unit. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional Lisco service support has been. Our newly renovated mfg. plant here Sheffield Village Ohio is in good hands!

TJ is a reflection of the ownership of this firm. I know this because I know the owners and they are wonderful human beings and hardworking professionals. TJ was no different. I have been using them for the last twenty years. What I like is that they always try to send the same service man out here all the time. That way they are familiar with your system and the one guy they send out for me loves my dog and that is just so important because some people that come in don’t like dogs and that is too bad. He is a really nice guy. He always picks up my little Chihuahua and carries her. The filter they changed cost $30 which was included in the $100 service call.

Installation staff, TJ and Dave, were courteous and professional. They explained the operation of my new system, answered questions, started up the new system and cleaned up afterwards. They gave us the three manuals and showed us where each warranty was in each manual. They gave us a letter reminding us to register the equipment on-line.
I was especially pleased with the quality of their work on reworking the plenum, increasing the returns and adding the two 8and quot; dampers to the supple runs. They really know their trade and take pride in their work.

Jason called before arriving to verify my addres and arrived first thing in the morning, as requested. I asked him to clean and check the boiler and he proceeded in an efficient manner. He listened patiently and answered my questions. In our conversation, I mentioned the pilot light has blown out during the winter and he recommended a 100% pilot shut off for the gas when this occurs. No one has ever recommended this and I plan on having him back to install it. I am so grateful for having this safety issue pointed out.
I also had a question about some noise the hot water tank is making and he took a look and recommended installing and expansion tank, which I will have him take care of.
Overall it has been a very positive experience and I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

I have used Lisco for he last three years and find them to be very responsive which is what you need when your furnace or a/c stops working. Unfortunately I needed them twice in "09 and three times in '10. Since my furnace is only 8-1/2 years old, I'm pretty frustrated. They have always solved my immediate problem but now I think I'll be working on other long-term solutions.

I have been using them regularly. The furnace is eighteen years old and has been working fine. They were very honest and told things like it was. They said to me last year that the furnace was getting old and to consider the federal refund. My whole family has been using them. I am not sure about their price as $79 may seem like a lot but I have not used any other service provider for years and so I would not know if it is too much for a forty five minute work. I ended up with a Kenly blockage a couple of years ago and they finally determined that it was not something that they could do as it was not furnace or chimney related. But at one point there were three of them here in a two days period. They only charged for an hour of service call that they could do.
