Excellent job. Pre-Sales engineer was excellent. He provided guidance on the sizing of the units and the best brand to use. He answered all questions very promptly and made multiple visits to the house to ensure the system that was the best for us was selected. The Installers were excellent. They worked extremely hard, and effectively removed a very heavy Lennox pulse furnace. The install work was very professional. The intake and exhaust vents were set up properly and the drain lines are very neat. I liked their use of pea gravel for the AC unit to ensure that it was properly leveled. They completed a very big job in 1 day. They had all of the right materials to do the job correctly and they started the work right on time. The AC unit works very well (not cold enough to fully check out the furnace yet). Len's partnered with Home Depot on this and it was a top-notch install.

As usual they did a great job. Len’s has installed a furnace and hot water tank for me in the past. I will continue using this company as I can trust them to do the job right.

I called Len's for my annual spring check up on two air conditioners. Got an appointment that fit my schedule. I was told technician would be out between 11 am and 1 pm. Tech called me shortly before 11, said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived shortly after 11. He replaced the air filters on both my furnaces with spares I had on hand, checked the main A/C units in the basement; checked the thermostats, replaced two triple-A batteries in one thermostat with ones he had in the truck, Checked and tested the outside A/C condenser and fan units. Everything okay for another cooling season. Tech gave me a $10 promotional credit on EACH of the two units he checked, and paper forms for me to submit to my electric company for an additional $50 rebate credit for EACH unit on my electric account. Tech was prompt, professional, and left everything clean and neat.

I had several companies come out while I was searching for a new HVAC system. Out of all the companies that came out Len’s was by far the best. Everyone I spoke with while getting information and everyone that did the installation was extremely nice and professional. Every time I called about a question or do get additional details I received an answer that same day. The installation crew was very prompt and finished the install much faster than I expected. They walked me through everything they were doing and pointed out why they were doing it. I am very picky about how clean and buttoned up things are and they did a fantastic job. Everything looks very clean and very professionally done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

A sales rep came out and discussed all of the options that were available and answered all of our questions. The job was scheduled and the installation team was on time, professional and answered any questions I had. They removed all of the old equipment and packing material when finished. The Trane system they removed was 27 years old and was installed by the same company. The new Trane works great and they did a professional job. Complete in one day.

On October 5th I met with a Len's Heating and Air Conditioner estimator. He determined what capacity my house would need and any other relevant factors, then reviewed various makes and models of new furnace and A/C with me. I decided on the models I wanted, and was given an estimate of $5,900.00 for the entire job. On October 12th a crew of technicians came out around 8:30 am. They removed my old furnace and A/C, and completely installed the new furnace and air conditioner, a condensate pump, and a new digital thermostat, and re-installed my previous, still good Aprilaire humidifier. The work was completely done at 3:00 pm. They hauled away the old furnace, A/C, and all rubbish. Final price was exactly as estimated, $5,900.00. Payment was by check - they let me know when I got the estimate that it would be a bit more if paying by credit card. Crew was very professional.

Workers were on time, completed the work in 2 hours! Cleaned up after themselves. Len , himself, came out to give me the quote for services. Very fair price!

They do an honest estimate of services you need. Our heating and air is 20 years old and it's still going. I go mainly by trust and cost. And not giving you anything you don't need. Some people do that. Pricing is comparable to anybody else. It's not going to be actually too low or too high, it's like right in the middle. They are competitive, but the main thing is they are honest. Honesty to me is a form of pricing also because if they're not honest they will jack the price up. So it goes hand in hand.

Len (the owner) came to our house on Wednesday and talked to us about what a new furnace. He was very friendly and professional and explained our options. We decided on a furnace and Len said he would order it immediately and schedule it to be installed in 2 days, on Friday. On Friday Rich and Joe showed up right on time and within 3 hours they had removed the old furnace, installed the new one, ran 2 new vent pipes and capped the old pipes. Despite the weather (snowing, blowing and cold) they made no mess in our house or basement. Everything was installed so cleanly it looks like the furnace and vent pipes were always there.

Len's H&AC came on to my home and give me a price that I found very reasonable, they install de Air Conditioner, they did the connection to the electric panel, they installed new ducts, inclusive they installed a new control for the heating and cooling, I am very happy with the service they provide, I will be hiring them again when required.
