Kitchen Perfect

Went the extra mile. John was patient with my many changes, and knowledgeable enough to talk me out of certain ideas. Made me realize how ridiculous those HGTV remodels are! It is a small company and they can be slow, but, they are honest and their work is very good. I have used them for another home, and, will use them again.

Called Kitchen Perfect for an estimate to have kitchen cabinets refaced, new counter top installed, new sink, faucet, cabinet hardware, and new corner cabinet hinged door with new lazy-susan shelving done. Appointment scheduled and the owner arrived at scheduled time.  Very thorough in explaining what would be done, time frame anticipated to complete job and I believe he wrote up an estimate that day. Answered all questions I had.  Offered suggestions, not pushy.  Left samples to decide what stain colors and styles for cabinet doors I could choose from, along with samples and information on counter tops available.  No pressure sale what so ever.  I chose to purchase the hardware for the cabinet doors, they put them on the doors  Owner is very professional, personable and discussed that this is a family owned business.  No sub-contractors.  Once I decided to go with this company, and decided on style/color preferences, scheduled appointment to begin work.  I work days and was not able to be home at time of installation.  The owner explained his son and I believe son-in-law, (which were both very pleasant and knowledgeable),  would be doing the work but he would be checking  the work as it was being done.  I felt very comfortable allowing them to work in my house without me having to be there.  They completed the work,  I believe it was within 3-4 days, the time frame that was discussed.  They cleaned up everything each day, and other than not having use of the kitchen for a couple of days, I was very pleasantly surprised at how well everything turned out.   They did an excellent job and would recommend their work highly!

Excellent company.  Top-notch all the way.  Willing to work with you.  All went well.  Any issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction which is why we have hired them three times for MAJOR renovations.

Each job surprisingly went off without a hitch.  If we were unsure of something we discussed it and if necessary a change was made.  There were no problems.  John and his crew were extremely easy to deal with.  There was never a disagreement or finger pointing about anything.  I believe the reason is the continuous open dialogue throughout the project.
John always ironed out any foreseeable issues before the job was started.  This helps a great deal with everyone being on the same page from the start.

Love everything about them- would highly recommend!!!!! Honest and reliable. They gutted 4 bathrooms, remodeled all. Gutted kitchen, completely gave it a new, updated look.

I was very satisfied. The price they gave me was excellent and the quality of work and finished product was actually better than I had hoped. I had one complaint about a  door that I felt needed to be replaced and they replaced it without question. They finished on time and provided everything as promised. I would recommend Kitchen Perfect without hesitation.

When we first talked with Kitchen Perfect, we were a bit hesitant to hire them due to some of the previous comments on Angies List. We did, however, decide to go with them - and we're so glad! We had some plumbing issues and also wanted a complete kitchen re-do at the same time. They helped us design our kitchen, were very professional, did excellent work, and walked us through each step of the phase. They also finished a week earlier than expected. It was a great experience. Our kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Kitchen Perfect!

They started the job but never finished. They said they were going to show up multiple times and never did or came for only a few minutes. Very unprofessional and now I need to hire another company to finish the job.

THIS IS A SMALL, FAMILY OWNED COMPANY. I GOT DESIGNS AND ESTIMATES FROM MULTIPLE COMPANIES AND CHOSE KITCHEN PERFECT BECAUSE OF THEIR PRICE COMPETITIVENESS. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NEVER BEEN ON TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THEY STRUCK ME AS COMPETENT AND TRUSTWORTHY. HOWEVER, THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING. THEY NEVER WERE ON TIME. THE JOB WAS ESTIMATED AT 3-4 WEEKS AND IT TOOK 7+. THE ONE SON WHO DOES MOST OF THE WORK, RARELY CAME PREPARED FOR A FULL DAYS WORK. 2-3 TRIPS TO THE HARDWARE STORE EACH DAY WERE REQUIRED. THEY WERE GOOD AT STEERING ME TOWARDS CABINET STAIN COLORS AND TILE COLORS THAT MATCHED THE PICTURE OF MY 'DREAM KITCHEN'. THEY ALSO DID A NICE JOB OF HANGING THE CABINETS, AND INSTALLING THE COUNTERTOP AND SINK. I HAD A LAMINATE FLOOR INSTALLED AND THEY NEVER DID GET THE THRESHOLD TO LIVING ROOM AND FAMILY ROOM LOOKING FINISHED AND NICE. AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE AND I CALLED FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR, IT TOOK 9 DAYS AND 6 PHONE CALLS JUST TO GET A CALL BACK.

THIS JOB WAS STARTED ON JUNE 2 AND COMPLETED ON NOVEMBER 4. THIS JOB WAS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED IN ONE WEEK. EVEN THOUGH THEIR PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, THERE WAS VERY LITTLE PRIDE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP. THEY REPEATEDLY MADE ONE ERROR ON TOP OF ANOTHER ERROR.

HAD FORMICA FLOORING PUT IN IN JUNE. PAID IN FULL, FOUND PROBLEMS. COULD NOT GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX THE JOB. ANOTHER FLOOR COMPANY WILL HAVE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE TAKING THIS ONE TO COURT.
