James is very knowledgeable about trees and helped me with a plan to save an old white oak by removing some problem branches. Others just wanted to cut it down and didn't have the same level of knowledge.

All went well

James was quick to respond for my initial service request in August--treating magnolia scale. Looks like the treatment helped in the immediate term (fingers crossed the problem is now solved for next year). While in my backyard he took note of the dying tree I had in the back corner and was able to quote me for removal. Mid-September he was back to remove the cherry tree, which was not in an easily accessible area. Most tree work I have done has to be manual since we can't get any lifts or mechanical items in the yard. James cut down the tree, left the wood we wanted stacked neatly, and cleaned everything up better than I have ever seen done. The neighbor couldn't even tell anything had been dragged out through his year. I hope we don't have need for tree work any time soon, but if we do, I know who I am calling! Had better prices than one of those big name companies :)

A small tree fell down in a storm. James replied very quickly and we arranged a day & time. Very good communication. James had the job finished in about 45 minutes. He even helped carry some pieces to my neighbor who wanted the firewood!

James was very easy to work with. He came and diagnosed the issue with a very large, old oak tree in my yard. He formulated an estimate and sent it to me quickly. We arranged for a time for him to come and fertilize and do other work on that tree as well as another in my backyard. He worked efficiently and left my yard better looking than when he came. I would definitely recommend him.

Great! The walnut usually lost leaves by now but is still going strong. Lichen is receding, showing improved health! Our maple has similar improvements, and looks very happy after fertilizing!
