DO NOT HIRE THEM! Ganite was installed improperly over toilet tank so if we have toilet issues you can just barely get lid off tank. They were supposed to cut a removable piece like the previous counter was. Some employees had very strong accents and were almost impossible to understand. Fortunately when they laid templates for the granite an English employee helped cause she could understand him. After installing kitchen, plumbing was leaking. They came out and it didn't leak that second so they acted like we were lying. At that moment they asked if we had paid. Stupidly, we had, so we never heard from them again. Had to hire a plumber. After about 6 months I noticed backsplash behind kitchen sink was literally crumbling off, rough to the touch. Worsened over next year. I called them. I sent pics. They seemed to not have a clue what I meant. Scheduled them to come out....no show! Next time I called they said there would be a charge$ for them to come out! Texted back and forth. I finally gave up. If you've already hired them, make sure everything is satisfactory before you pay!

They damaged the wall when putting it in. Did not mention or show me. They also say they use a 15 year sealant on the countertop but and this is a direct quote “we do not put it in writing”. Unacceptable.

They were very thorough and paid attention to detail.  They were meticulous with their measuring.

1 - Over 3 hours late
2 - Did not cover floors or inside of cabinets, tracked rock salt all over wood floors and did a poor job sweeping upon completion.
      It took me a week to clean up their mess.
3 -  Grinded backplash outside on our entry step and cracked the step, refused to accept culpability.
3 - After install  I discovered granite was installed improperly, no plywood was used on the base and no supports were applied
      making island (15 inch overhang) in jeopardy of cracking and crashing to the floor. I was told pre-install supports wouldn't be  
      needed.
I am totally disgusted with this company as we put our faith and our money in their honesty, intregrity, professionalism and proper
installation.

I went to the new location and janelle helped me pick out a gorgeous granite. I was replacing my counters only from laminate to granite. They came and measured and provided a quote. The day of my install, I was unable to remove my backsplash as planned and they were very accommodating and took care of it. Fast and professional demolition and install. I absolutely love my new counters.

Had to pick granite in a dark warehouse using a spotlight which made it difficult to select. They were very late coming out to my house to take measurements. They didn't give any instruction as to care of the granite after installation. The granite wasn't as shiny as I wanted it after installation. The corner backslash wasn't installed level.

The installation went well and the granite is an awesome piece. The workers kept my kitchen clean. There was some waiting to be helped in the showroom due to other customers and the installation date was changed. I would recommend this company and would have them do additional work. Competitively priced.

Working through another company that wanted us to use Italgranite, I was concerned about picking out granite in a darkened warehouse. We did find one that we thought would be a match to the tile floor but it was not the match that we had hoped for. Upon putting the granite in, I was not happy with the seam as it was at the sink and under the window which showed up alot in the light. After it was completely installed, I called Christina to let her know that there were a few nicks around the edge of the sink, but worse than that, there are several places that were not polished properly and are very rough to the touch compared to the polished areas. One good sized area is right where we prepare food and I feel that it is porous enough to allow germs and I cannot keep it clean. She refused to come out to repair the areas. The granite never had a good polish job and it looks like it is many years old. My husband and I are not happy with the counter and are hoping that we can find someone to improve on the less than acceptable job we got from these people.

It went very well. We are very happy with the granite and the service they got it all done in one day. They had a pretty good selection at the warehouse. They have their own slabs. They are the wholesaler and the fabricator. We spoke to the wife. The husband gave us a quote and came out for the measurements. Two weeks later we were getting our new countertops. They brought a crew to the house and they were very clean and mindful. They were very accomidating cutting out a space for our new stove. If I were going to get granite again I would certainlly go with them.

Their prices were really great and quality was amazing.  We don't have any negatives about them.  We would recommend them all the time.
