The report was thorough and included details that I would have otherwise missed, making it simple to negotiate prices with the seller. A detailed copy of the inspection with photos was in my email the same day,

He answered all of our many questions, and was extremely helpful in explaining some of the more confusing aspects of the inspection process (electrical, plumbing- things I have no experience in). We were extremely happy with how the inspection went, and would 100% recommend Ben Joy to others!
