Buyer beware! This company is a scam! They will lock you into a long contract with 0 way of getting out without charging you a $200+ cancelation fee. I do not wish this company on my worst enemies. Do not use!

Very professional, polite, and overall a great experience. The attention to detail (such as wearing protective shoe coverings when entering the house) goes to show how committed this organization is to customer service and satisfaction!

Dennis was awesome again. Ran into a bee issue the day they arrived. took care of that and pointed out the rodent issue. Decided to take his advice and add the rodent service for one year. To date all the tech's that have come have been courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Always asking are you having any issues and do you have any questions before we start and ask again after they are finished. Job well done

They were here on time when they said they'd be here. Told me exactly what they were going to do. The treatment and products are non-harmful to pets. Indoors it smelled almost like peppermint. I haven't seen any pests since. They came back the other day to do the exterior. They'll even come back in between scheduled maintenance if there is problem.

It was not good. It did not cost anymore than the Big Deal. The price was not bad. They were on time. I have mixed feelings. He didn't resolve my issue because he was not sure if the animal was outside. I am not feeling comfortable recommending him.

Not only did I take time off work, only to have them not show up for the first appointment; but after the inspection on the second try, they never called back for the animal removal! And, when I called about it, they apologized but still never got back to me to set up an appointment! What a waste of $25 bucks ... and I still have the problem!

It was great. It worked out wonderfully. I like the products that they used that were nontoxic to pets. My interactions with them were good. They were friendly. The work turned out well. No more pests. They were prompt and competed what they were there to complete, get rid of the pests.

I called them Monday, there is no person answering only automated request to leave message for call back. When I did hear from them, they admitted their field technician had made a mistake in charging us and they would like to reschedule. They promised immediate credit to my card account. The following day instead of a credit, an ADDITIONAL charge appeared for $116.63 ! I called again after seeing the prelim charge on my card became official. Again their answering system. I left work to end all services and credit my credit cards. My credit card company was notified and both charges disputed. Obviously this is unacceptable business practice and probably illegal as well. ***EDIT*** When I spoke to my credit card company about the matter, they advised me to change account numbers. I did which was a lot of work due to many auto-pay arrangements and the card company took over.. I did receive credits but it took time to see that due to account change. Greenix did call and explain the chain of events with new people starting in the Cleveland area; and what they described as software issues and training with that.

The process was very quick and painless. The technician showed up on time and performed the work as requested.  Haven't seen any wasps or ants since the spraying. Very pleased with the product and it even had a pleasant scent.

When technician arrived, we asked her what she was going to do before she started and found that the information we were given in the sales pitch was misrepresented.  We were told that there would be "absolutely no odor" from any of the products.  The spray to be used indoors is so pungent and lingering that it is not appropriate for people with any type of breathing problems, young children or small pets.  We were told that the inside of the exterior walls would be sprayed through the electrical outlets.  The technician was not aware of that ever being done.  No mention was made of sweeping the eaves for nests or clearing away spider webs.  Nothing would go down 4" to 6" against the foundation.  A gel "100%" safe gel would be applied to areas inside where ants were coming in.  How would we know where that is?   So what were we paying for?  We cancelled the contract immediately and followed up with three written notices ( 2 emails and one certified letter) within the three day cancellation period.  We requested a confirmation that the contract was cancelled.  That request has been ignored.

"We sincerely apologize for the mishap here. It looks like there was a miscommunication in part of our training practices and that is something we are looking into and resolving. We do in fact offer wall injections (which is a dust) and eave sweeping is to be done on every visit. The granular is water soluble and seeps down when moisture is applied. If the humidity doesn't act as the catalyst, a quick spritz of water or rain should do the trick. We guarantee the service by being available anytime in between regular treatments for when someone might need a spot shot or a specific service. We absolutely hate making mistakes and it seems that this one was a big one. While we do offer a wide array of different products from organic to synthetic, some products are more pungent than others. Some clients love it, others not so much. In this case we should have switched out that particular product with a less odorous one. In the case of ant baiting, notes should be left behind, both hand written and digital so that you are aware of the location of that bait. Looking into this specific account, it looks like it had been cancelled at the time the client and technician called on site. The subsequent e-mails, because the account was cancelled over the phone personally were applied to the account but we didn't think it required a response since we had spoken to the client directly (our mistake). Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be revisiting our training policies so that we will be ready for the opportunity to make it up to you."
