It was great. He rebuilt the piano. He covered the hammers and cleaned the interior of the piano. He waxed and polished the exterior of the piano.

The 20 year old piano hadnt been tuned in several years and had never been cleaned or repaired. The job was done in a prompt manner. The tuner was professional and explained everything. He was very prompt and kept to the schedule.

He is very professional. Normally, Mr. Dorsey does the tuning; although, a couple of times he had an assistant do the tuning. He is always punctual and reasonably priced. He does a good job of calling to follow-up for future appointments.

DENNY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOROUGH. HE EVEN POLISHED THE PIANO PEDALS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.

THIS SERVICE HAS SEVERAL TECHNICIANS, ALL MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, I BELIEVE. THE FATHER DOES GOOD WORK, TUNING THE PIANO BY EAR, BUT THE SONS TUNE THE PIANO WITH A MACHINE, WHICH RESULTS IN POOR TUNING. I HAVE GIVEN THEM MANY CHANCES TO DO A GOOD JOB, BUT ON THE WHOLE, UNLESS THE FATHER DOES THE TUNING, THE WORK IS POOR. THEY ARE VERY NICE GUYS AND WANT IT TO BE RIGHT, BUT THEY JUST CANT MANAGE IT. I WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
