Pedro Montanez installed a front and back security door for us. We did the front door first. I took work off for Pedro to come do the estimate, but he never showed up. When I called him he asked for a reschedule. Despite this inconvenience, we went ahead with the work, and it was done timely and the (front) door still looks great. A few months later we contracted Pedro to do the backdoor. He did not arrive on the first installation day, so we had to reschedule. The door he installed had bumps underneath the black paint that quickly peeled and turned to rust within 3 months. After contacting Pedro, he said he would replace the door. We actively followed up with him for a year, but he never returned our calls or emails and obviously never replaced or fixed the door. Very disappointing and a waste of $700.

COULDN'T BE NICER OR MORE CONSCIENTIOUS. DID A FEW EXTRAS LIKE TOUCH UP PAINTING ON BACK DOOR.
