Owner operator of small landscape maintenance services.Lawn maintenance, fall cleanups and snow removal services. I don't sub contract out the work. I am usually present at each job with up to 1 additional helper if needed.I bill once per month. Checks or money orders accepted.

The owner, Phil Durachinsky, is a nice guy and does a good job. He generally charges about $30 a cut when mowing. He is an extremely personable guy who is very conscientious. We have a half-acre multi-level lot that is difficult to mow. It is a good value for the money. He does a lot of the mowing on a riding mower. We have used him for a number of years when we have been out of town or when it has been too wet for me to mow. He also is very good on his trimming afterwards. We have a lot of edged beds and things that he does. He just lives around the corner from us so that works. He does a couple of yards in our neighborhood. It usually takes about an hour to an hour-and-a-half for him to do the lawn work. He stays pretty much on top of the lawn and gets it done when it needs it. I like him a lot.
