I had a new HVAC system installed by this company a couple months ago. I went to turn my furnace on for the first time since the install and my AC unit outside turned on. As I only know how to do 2 things on the thermostat (turn temp up and down), logic says something was not installed or programmed correctly at install. At the time of the issue BNK was not available on the weekend and therefore aside from having another company come out my option was to deal with a cold house until the following week. As a consumer who just spend over 10 thousand dollars for a new system this is unacceptable. However, when I called and spoke with the owner, I was told that reimbursement for the other companyâ s visit was not an option and that I should have waited until the following Monday to call. I wouldnâ t recommend this company to anyone. Customer service clearly is not important to them.

Absolutely terrific! Both installers were incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. I highly recommend BNK Heating and Cooling! We will be using their services for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs!

We have had there men working at our home and two rentals and now we just putin a new furnace and aie conditioner in our home they are fast pleasant and get the job done for you.

The job was completed in one day. I was very pleased with the work and the polite demeaner of the workers.

After he completed project we had a minor issues and he returned immediatey and made it right. He then followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was working ok. He is very neat and respectful of the home. I have successfully referred to him to other customers who have all been satisfied.
