For the work in April we called Dad at the beginning of the month. He has always returned our calls, almost always the same day. We needed some work done to get the house ready to sell. They came when they said they would and, as always, the work was done carefully, thoroughly, and with precision. We sold our house last week with the buyers questioning the roof because it is 26 years old. The company sent their real estate agent a document of his work and they did not contest it. The roof looked new.
