had this company do work in out home from installation of tvs to full stereo setup. They were paid in full and there was a few minor things that needed to be fixed. These were  essential components like a bulb for my projector and simple wiring that allowed my surround sound to work. After I made the final payment - never heard back form this co. It is amazing that companies exist that do not want to work. I called and emailed  dan at least one half dozen times- every time no response. Finally when I got him on the phone, one excuse after the other - my guy is sick, one has diarrhea, someone's mom was ill - one b******* thing after another- all the while promising that someone would come out to fix my problem. Finally  after 5 weeks- YES READ THIS CAREFULLY FIVE WEEKS  I called another co and had them come do the work , they were prompt and did what was asked I paid them and that was it. Use these guys for their technical expertise - but if you need something scheduled or a response in a timely fashion - don't hold your breath THEY SUCK.

Dan, Paul and Mike are fantastic to work with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable guys with great ideas and ones that we implemented for the most part.    They were meticulous with their work and ensured we had the perfect set up for our home system.   Dan was very detailed in his quote and delivered what he promised and offered great suggestions on how to get the most "bang for your buck".   Paul's knowledge of equipment components and ability to train on the components was superb.  Mike is one of the best handimen you could ask for and did quick installion work that was extremely professional with great attention to detail to made everything was hidden and set up properly.

When I first contact AV Environments I was only looking for a quote.  I spoke with Dan on a Monday and he responded quickly and was able to come to my house to see the area for set up the same day.  One week later the installers were at our home and running electrical and hookups.  One of the installers stayed and made sure that we knew how to run the system and to make sure that it worked appropriately.  I am highly satisfied with the professionalism and work that was performed by AV Environments and now have a go to place for any type of AV issues in the home.

I have to say this was the most professional and quick installation ever.  Dan came over and went over what I wanted and then made many suggestions to save me money and to give the best sound experience.  Dan and his partner ran all the speaker wire from the basement to the living room and installed a new AC outlet for my 63" Plasma.  They also fixed my loose power wiring from the basement that was installed by the previous home owner.  They remounted my TV to fit the new center channel speaker.  All the cables were professionally run and hidden.  They even repatched the monstrous hole I created when I initially mounted my TV.  He then set up the receiver completely and showed me how to use it.  They finished an involved and long project in little over half a day.  Everything was done very professionally and Dan showed me how to get the best sound experience.  I have to say I am more than pleased with the installation.  The price was spot on as well.  I would highly recommend Dan to everyone. 

These guys did and outstanding job. I came in with my own ideas regarding a home theater and sound system. They came in listened to me and made a few suggestions. I took them up on their suggestions and I could not be happier. They were very helpful and cleaned up after their construction mess and left me with and outstanding home theater and a Sonos audio system for the entire house. Dan and his team were great.

We found the Company through Service Magic in the morning and they arrived the same day in the afternoon.  They (2 men) were extremely professional, answered all of our questions before the work began, and did great work.  Unfortunately, we did have a defective stereo receiver that required about one hour of extra labor to troubleshoot that was an unplanned expense.  That was not the Company's fault, but rather just bad luck.
We would recommend them to a friend and would hire again.

AVE installed a new 40+ inch TV, new BluRay player, TV wall mount, and new security system.  They were prompt, efficient, very informative about the systems features and benefits, explained how everything worked and continue to be available and helpful when questions come up.   The technicans are friendly, helpful and very professional.  They were careful with the items in my home (walls, carpets, doors).
