Estimate was 1 day's work that should have totaled around $750. Individual was here three days with double the cost. I never received any update from Tom indicating pricing would change so drastically. I gave no thought to the multiple smoke breaks and lack of full days' work until the final bill arrived. The scope of work did not deserve this high pricing, especially when I had already paid for all fan ductwork to be run and provided my own fans! And the cable lines were run the first day leaving only the outlets. I cannot fathom how this exploded into a $1k+ job, and unfortunately no one will respond to my requests to have it explained to me. I have contacted the owner numerous times to walk me through the final costs and do not get any response. Tom was extremely responsive the first time I used him, and I even was the one who gave the rave reviews in March of this year! I will not be using him again. I am extremely disappointed by the incredible lack of professionalism after being so pleased with the first job. I would not recommend him to anyone. My realtor was the one who gave me his name, and I will be letting her know to not hand out his card going forward.

THEY PUT IN A NEW CEILING FAN, SOME ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, AND DID WORK ON THE PANEL BOX. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND DID A GOOD JOB.
