The brothers who own the company are also involved in the home improvement projects. The men on the crew are actually employed by the company and are not just contract laborers. Some of the men have been employed with the company for many years. I believe the low turnover in employees speaks well of the company. The crew worked well together. They were all very polite and helpful if we had any questions. The job site was cleaned up each day before the crew left. Before we contracted this job, I spoke to another home owner who was having work done by Landmark. He recommended them highly and in fact said this was the third project he had hired them to do.
I would contract with Landmark Home Improvement again for any type of project. We are very happy with the quality of work they did. We would recommend them to any one for any project, whether interior or exterior.

The provider had a problem getting the vinyl soffit on N. end of house to lay flat. However, he worked with it until it was installed correctly. I am satisfied with the work that was done. It looks very nice. The work was done in Galion, OH 44833, NOT Blooming Grove, OH.
