The workers are courteous and knowledgable. They have a large selection of power equipment. They have a very good reputation and have good service.

Although our initial experience was poor, we give this vendor high marks for following up on the experience after we complained. The service manager was excellent about following up, understanding our complaints and then refunding the entire amount of what we were charged. I would caution anyone using this vendor to always contact the service manager if you have any complaints. Our initial service experience reflected bad judgment and insufficient skills on the part of the service technicians for estimating repair of a Neuton mower attachment, and until the service manager was made aware of the situation, we did not feel this was handled satisfactorily. Note that we are not likely to use the vendor again only because they are not near us, but if they were closer would be willing to give them another try.
