I was given this guy's name through my realtor. He had the best price to get my house ready for sale and I trusted my realtor's word that this guy was capable. Sadly, this was a HUGE mistake. Tim hired an assistant without doing a background check and the assistant and possibly Tim robbed me blind! Stole my television, my daughter's laptops, other electronics, and money my one daughter had been saving all year long. Tim was cooperative at first with the police department, saying he had nothing to do with the crime, but then vanished. I feel so violated and betrayed. To make things even worse, if that is at all possible, I had to hire another contractor to finish the job at almost three times the amount because Tim's work had to be completely redone due to shotty workmanship. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
