We had an appt. for Rob to come out and give me an estimate. He did not show up, so I called him. He was at a job in Lakewood, and didn't have my number with him. He offered to show up an hour later, but that didn't work for me, so we re-scheduled. On the second date, he showed up on time. He was very thorough in telling me about what needed to be done. He'd needed stiches in his finger that day, but assured me he'd drop off a written estimate the next day. That was Sept 3rd and I have yet to receive an estimate or hear back from him.
