With a faulty power button on my S3 I was left with two options: buy a brand new phone or go back to the archaic backup phone. I chose a third option, pull up Angie's List and find a reputable repair person; this led me to RFCellular. Rick was great and was able to repair it next day. I saved a boatload of money and so far the phone works great. I would use his services again (but hopefully won't have to).

Very good service and communication.
Took a bit longer than expected due to parts availability.
Would use this provider again for electronics repair... Saved me over $300 if I had to replace phone.

It was good service. He fixed the phone within a day. I didn't think I'd be able to get it fixed elsewhere.
