Called to make an appt for a quote. Appt on Fri between 5/5:30 pm. I found these people in the Gold clipper and thought "What the heck" hey, they say they did work for RTA & the Clinic. I asked if they give an Angie list discount and the guy on the phone explained to me that they have to be added by a member. So I informed them that I was a member and they would make the list one way or another. At 5:05 Fri, my neighbor had an emergency and asked for a ride (10 minutes-lakewood- round trip). called Raggs office(machine) saying that I would definitely be back by 5:30. I was home by 5:25(called and told the office answering machine that, too)--no salesman waiting. No notes. It is now 6:20 on Friday. I rearranged my schedule ..No call, no show.,..salesman must not own a cell phone? This is why they are not on the list!!! unprofessional! And the funniest part is they stressed that I should check companies thru the better business bureau!! LOL
